ALL appointments require a $10 non refundable deposit. This deposit is not applied to total and is used to hold your appointment and cover taxes. I only accept cashapp ($konceitedkulturellc) for deposits.

Payment for service is to be paid via cash, or card.

We are appointment based ONLY. Appointments are to be booked 48H in advance. Same day and next day appointments require additional fees.

Same-day appointments: $30

Next-day appointments: $15

Hours of operation are 9AM-6PM anything outside of these hours are subject to squeeze in fees.

7am appointments: require an additional $35 fee

8am appointments require an additional $20 fee

After hour appointments (7-10pm) require an additional $25 fee

Deposits must be sent to $konceitedkulturellc via cashapp.

Additional fees and payments sent to secure your appointment are NON-REFUNDABLE and will NOT be credited towards your service. Remaining monetary obligations must be fulfilled upon arrival.

Please note your appointment will start at the time you scheduled. Please do not arrive early unless arrangements have been made with your technician. 

ARRIVAL

Address is provided during booking process.

Please do NOT wait in your car until time of appointment, Please be at the door at exact appointment time.

I have a 3 minute grace period. If more than 3 minutes late, client will be charged a $5 late fee! 
•After 5 minutes late, $10 late fee!
•If a client is 10 or more minutes late, appointment will be canceled & client will have to pay a $20 deposit to reschedule!
•No call, no shows=Blocked from booking in future
•If you must cancel any appointment for any reason you will lose your deposit as it is non refundable!

**IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE LOCATING THE BUILDING PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY (technician is not responsible for late arrivals)**

We understand things come up and emergencies take place. If you can not make it to your appointment and wish to transfer your deposit/reschedule you must do so AT LEAST 24 hours prior to original appointment date or your deposit/payment and appointment will be forfeited in its entirety. 

Your initial deposit/payment CAN be transferred to secure your next appointment up to one occurrence. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will require a new $15 non-refundable deposit. 

Appointments forfeited due to tardiness will require a new non-refundable payment of $20 to reschedule. Please understand that no exceptions will be made.

Shall you wish to cancel your appointment and DO NOT wish to reschedule, please understand your deposit will be forfeited in its entirety. NO EXCEPTIONS.

If you miss your appointment for any reason (late-arrival, no show, reschedule, etc.) please understand your payment/deposit will be forfeited. In order to reschedule a missed appointment of any kind, a $20 deposit must be sent to secure your appointment. This deposit WILL NOT be applied to your service and is non-refundable.
