Booking Policies

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS:

ALL appointments require a $10 non-refundable deposit that is applied toward your total.

Hours of operation are 9AM-6PM but flexible appointments are available:

7AM: cost of service +$40
8AM: cost of service +$25
7PM: cost of service +$30
8PM: cost of service +$40

Payment for service is to be paid via zelle, card, or cash. Tap pay accepted.

ARRIVALS/LATE ARRIVALS

Please:
-NO children
-NO extra guest

There is a 5 minute grace period
•At 6 minutes late, $10 late fee is applied to total
•At 12 minutes late, appointment will be canceled & deposit is forfeited

**IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE LOCATING THE BUILDING PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY (technician is not responsible for late arrivals)**

RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

If needed, please reschedule 24 hours in advance.

Any rescheduling request made less than 24-hours prior, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Same day cancellations = deposit forfeited.
