All of our items are FINAL SALE and are sold "as is" and can not be returned, refunded, nor exchanged. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is non-negotiable, please keep this in mind.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In this case, we will work with you to find the best solution. Damages/issues MUST be reported within 24 hours upon reception of merchandise or all claims will be voided. 


To start a claim, you can contact us at konceitedkulture@gmail.com. If your claim is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Konceited Kulture LLC is not responsible and will not cover any shipping fees.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions all sales are to be considered "as is" and can not be exchanged until further notice. Konceited Kulture LLC is committed to following all recommended practices for keeping our customers safe as well as all merchandise sanitized as we continue to adapt to the challenges of COVID-19. In the case your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact our customer care service within 24 hours at konceitedkulture@gmail.com and we will work with you to find the best solution.

Please keep in mind upon booking you consented to paying a NONREFUNDABLE deposit. Deposits can/will NOT be refunded under any circumstance.

We understand things come up and emergencies take place. If you need to reschedule an appointment you must do so 24 hours prior to original appointment date or your deposit and appointment will be forfeited. 

Your initial deposit payment CAN be transferred to secure your next appointment only one time. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will require a new deposit. Deposit transfers are NOT VALID for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to, no call/ no shows, or appointments missed due to tardiness. Please No exceptions will be made.

**Deposit transfers are only valid on services equal to or greater than original total and can not be used to purchase merchandise.**

Shall you need to cancel your appointment and do not wish to reschedule your deposit remains nonrefundable and will not be credited to any future services nor merchandise.
