Booking Policies




Same-day appointments: $35 convenience fee added to your total.

7am/appointments: require an additional $30 fee

8am appointments require an additional $20 fee

After hour appointments (7-9pm) require an additional $25 fee

Payments must be sent to $konceitedkulturellc via cashapp.

Additional fees and payments sent to secure your appointment are NON-REFUNDABLE and will NOT be credited towards your service. Remaining monetary obligations must be fulfilled upon arrival.



Please note your appointment will start at the time you scheduled. Please do not arrive early unless arrangements have been made with your technician. Clients will have a 10 MINUTE grace period until the appointment is cancelled.  Once 5 minutes of 'being late' has been met you will need to send a $10 "late fee" to $konceitedkulturellc or your appointment will be postponed until next availability. Please see "Missed appointments" section! 

**IF YOU HAVE TROUBLE LOCATING THE BUILDING PLEASE CALL IMMEDIATELY (technician is not responsible for late arrivals)**



We understand things come up and emergencies take place. If you can not make it to your appointment and wish to transfer your deposit/reschedule you must do so AT LEAST 24 hours prior to original appointment date or your deposit/payment and appointment will be forfeited in its entirety. 

Your initial deposit/payment CAN be transferred to secure your next appointment up to one occurance. Any rescheduling after the first attempt will require a $20 non-refundable payment. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to, no call/ no shows, or appointments missed due to tardiness will require a new non-refundable payment of $20. Please understand that no exceptions will be made.

**Deposit transfers are only valid on services equal to or greater than original total and can not be used to purchase merchandise.**

Shall you wish to cancel your appointment and do not wish to reschedule please do so 24 hours in advance; anything less than 24h will make your initial payment non-refundable. NO EXCEPTIONS.



If you miss your appointment for any reason (late-arrival, no show, reschedule, etc.) a $20 deposit must be sent to secure a rescheduled appointment. This deposit WILL NOT be applied to your service and is non-refundable.
